What this website collects

The website itself stores nothing. It is a static site — there is no database and no server receiving or keeping a record of your visit.

The contact form works like this: you fill in the fields, your browser assembles the text from what you typed, and opens WhatsApp (or your email program, if you choose that option). You send the message, from your own app. Until you press send, nothing has been transmitted.

What reaches me, and why

When you send a message I receive what you wrote: your name, phone number, the service, the date and any note you added.

I use it for one purpose — to answer your request and arrange the booking. I do not pass it on, do not sell it, and do not add you to any mailing list.

Where the conversation lives

The conversation stays in whichever app you used to reach me (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS or email) and is subject to that service’s own terms. I keep booking records for as long as organising the event requires, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, has no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

If you follow a link to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp, that platform’s rules apply from that point on, not mine.

Photographs and consent

Every photo in the portfolio is published with the permission of the person in it. Where a professional photographer made the image, its use is agreed with them and credited.

If you are in one of these photos and want it taken down, message me. It comes down immediately, no explanation needed.

Photos have their EXIF data stripped before upload, so the files do not carry the location coordinates of where they were taken.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to it being used. One message to [email protected] is enough. I respond within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.

Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection applies. If you believe your rights have been breached you may contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Under-18 clients

Makeup for a client under 18 requires the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
